Terms of service

These terms are the agreement between you and [Company legal name] for using RelayPo. We wrote them to be read, not skimmed past.

The service

RelayPo lets you plan, write (with or without AI), approve and publish posts to social networks, answer comments and read results. Networks are reached through their official APIs, mostly via our partner Upload-Post. When a network changes or limits its API, some features can change or pause; we tell you on the status page and in the app.

Your account

• You must be at least 16 and give a real email address.
• You're responsible for what happens in your workspace, including what your team members and AI agents post.
• Keep sign-in details safe. Turn on two-step login for team workspaces.

Plans, trials and billing

• The Free plan has no time limit. Paid plans start with a 14-day trial with no card.
• When a trial ends without a card, the workspace moves to Free. Nothing is deleted or locked; extra channels pause until you upgrade.
• Paid plans renew monthly or yearly. Yearly plans don't renew automatically unless you switch that on; we remind you 30, 7 and 1 days before.
• Upgrades are charged pro rata straight away. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the period you paid for.
• Any invoice can be refunded within 14 days with the button on the invoice, no questions asked.
• Prices exclude VAT where VAT applies.

Acceptable use

Don't use RelayPo for spam, scams, harassment, illegal content, content that breaks a network's rules, or to get around a network's limits. We may pause publishing for a workspace that does, and we tell you why. Repeated or serious abuse ends the account.

Your content

You own what you create. You give us permission to store, process and publish it only to run the service for you. AI-written drafts are yours to use; check them before they go out, because AI can be wrong.

Availability

We work hard to post every scheduled post on time, retry failures and tell you when something didn't go out. We can't promise uninterrupted service because networks and the internet sometimes fail. Live status: status.relaypo.com.

Liability

Ending the agreement

Cancel any time in Billing. Delete your account in Settings → Your data. We may end the agreement for serious breach of these terms, with notice where possible.
